Billy Joel‘s song, ‘We Didn’t Start the Fire‘, was released at 1989 and it is from an ‘Storm Front‘ album. I remember this song becoming an instant favourite at the time. Even it’s not quite Joel’s typical song many other liked it as well since it won the song of the year award at the Grammys. Today there probably would be a verse or two more, but this is what there was then. While listening it’s time to think if we did start the fire after all?
